STAMFORD, Conn., November 5, 2026 – Beyond Now Experiences, a program of Summer Discovery Group, today announced a partnership with singer-songwriter Harry Hudson, who will participate in all six Beyond Now Summits in 2027. Across the United States and London, Hudson will connect with students through live musical performances and conversations about his career, personal challenges and creative journey, offering firsthand perspectives on resilience, entrepreneurship and pursuing a career in music.

Hudson is the first artist announced for the full six-city 2027 Beyond Now Summit series, part of the program’s recently announced expansion to 76 experiences. His latest single, “Heart Break Rodeo,” was released November 4. (Listen here)

His appearances will combine music and conversation, with formats tailored to each city. At some Summits, Hudson will perform live and share the stories behind his songs. At others, he will participate in fireside conversations and student Q&A sessions focused on creativity, overcoming challenges and building a career in the music industry. Special guests from music, entertainment and culture will join him at select events, with details to be announced.

“At every Summit, our Make Change track walks students through how to take on the causes they care about and make a real difference in the world,” said Scott Rosenbluth, Managing Director of Beyond Now. “Few people are more qualified to carry that message than Harry. He turned the hardest chapter of his life into music that has helped millions of people feel less alone, and he did it by showing up and telling the truth. Having him in all six cities, performing and in conversation with students, sets the tone for the entire 2027 season, which will be by far our biggest Summits and lineups yet.”

The partnership reflects what Beyond Now was created to do: connect students directly with people whose experiences offer lessons beyond the classroom. Beyond Now speakers are chosen as much for what they have lived through as for what they have achieved. A student who hears firsthand how someone faced a setback, started over and kept going learns something no curriculum can teach. Hudson’s path, from a career paused before it began to a body of work built on honesty and resilience, is that kind of story.

Hudson began pursuing music as a teenager before a cancer diagnosis in 2013 interrupted his early career. Following treatment, he returned to songwriting and recording, drawing on those experiences to develop a distinctive sound and personal approach to storytelling. He later joined Roc Nation in partnership with MSFTSMusic and released his debut album, Yesterday’s Tomorrow Night, in 2018, followed by Hey, I’m Here For You in 2020.

His work includes collaborations with Jaden Smith and Astrid S, as well as the short film Can Cowboys Cry, which he created with Smith. Throughout his career, Hudson has spoken publicly about resilience, grief, mental health and the role of creativity in navigating difficult experiences.

“One thing I’ve learned is that none of us has everything figured out, and we put too much pressure on ourselves to act like we do. Some of the most meaningful moments come from being honest about what we’ve been through and learning from each other. That’s the kind of conversation I want to have with these students. I’m grateful for Beyond Now for giving me the opportunity to do that,” said Hudson.
“Our partnership with Harry is about more than bringing an accomplished artist to the Beyond Now stage,” Rosenbluth said. “It’s about giving students a chance to sit across from someone who has built a career, faced significant challenges and found his own way forward. Those firsthand conversations can open students’ eyes to possibilities they may not have considered and give them the confidence to pursue their own interests and ambitions.”

About Harry Hudson

Harry Hudson is a singer-songwriter, cancer survivor and philanthropist whose music and advocacy are rooted in resilience, vulnerability and human connection.

Born in New Jersey and raised in Los Angeles, Harry found his voice through songwriting, turning feelings he struggled to express into deeply personal music. At 20, just as his career was taking shape, he was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Surviving cancer reshaped his understanding of success and inspired a lasting commitment to helping others find hope and purpose.

His music blends soulful R&B with the intimacy of folk-inspired songwriting, turning personal experiences into stories of love, loss and resilience. Harry released his debut album, Yesterday’s Tomorrow Night, in 2018 through Roc Nation and MSFTS Music. Its breakout single “Yellow Lights” reached the Top 10 on Spotify’s US Viral Chart. He later released Hey, I’m Here For You and the independent project A Deer In Headlights, and opened for Justin Bieber on the Justice World Tour.

Harry founded Hey, I’m Here For You (HIHFY), a nonprofit helping young people facing cancer discover and pursue their passions through creativity, connection and care. Across his music, philanthropy and speaking, he encourages others to embrace vulnerability, discover their purpose and live with intention.
